Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end discovery and design for a new Benefits product, starting from identifying core problems to defining an MVP, informed by real-world workflows of employers and employees.
  • Design seamless service experiences across employer, employee, and internal operations, integrating AI where it simplifies processes while ensuring user control and clarity.
  • Create intuitive, AI-supported decision points that empower users to make confident choices throughout the product journey.
  • Build the underlying system for safe and scalable AI use, including defining data objects, business rules, states, edge cases, and when to hand off to human oversight.
  • Structure data and interfaces so both people and AI can effectively collaborate, ensuring clean inputs, transparent outputs, and reliable transitions between systems.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms that enhance AI performance over time by establishing success metrics, evaluation signals, and human review processes.
  • Use code-based design methods and AI-powered development tools to rapidly prototype and deliver production-ready UI, working closely with engineers to establish reusable components.
