About the Role
The role involves designing user-centered interfaces by conducting research, developing user flows, and producing high-fidelity prototypes to improve product usability and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Translate user insights into actionable design concepts
- Create user flows and journey maps for key interactions
- Develop wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes
- Produce high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with developers during implementation phases
- Work closely with product managers to align on goals
- Define and apply consistent design systems and patterns
- Conduct usability testing sessions with participants
- Analyze test results to refine interface designs
- Document design decisions and rationale
- Present concepts to cross-functional teams
- Support accessibility standards in design outputs
- Ensure designs meet business objectives
- Maintain version control for design files
- Integrate feedback from user interviews
- Design onboarding experiences for new users
- Optimize interfaces for performance and clarity
- Participate in agile planning and reviews
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in interaction design or related discipline
- Experience in B2B software environments
- Knowledge of service design methods
- Familiarity with motion design principles
- Experience with design handoff tools
- Background in user psychology or behavioral science
- Exposure to internationalization and localization
- Previous work in healthcare or technical domains

Project Scope
