PTC is looking for a UX Designer to join our AI Product Team and help shape the future of industrial software. In this junior-level role, you will focus on designing AI-powered products, researching UX patterns for AI, and developing solutions like chatbots and admin portals. You'll collaborate closely with product teams to incubate new offerings and receive mentorship from an experienced designer.

What You'll Do

Support and deliver UX design artifacts: requirements gathering, use case definition, interaction design, user flows, prototyping, and visual design execution.
Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistency and usability across products.
Assist in documenting AI usage guidelines, standards, and specification definition.
Participate in design critiques, reviews, and working sessions with product UX and engineering teams.
Engage in team rituals, mentorship opportunities, and design-related events.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human Factors, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a UX Designer in web-based, mobile, and desktop software applications.
1-3 years of experience defining, developing, and documenting UX design and interaction requirements.
Demonstrated understanding of UX and UI design knowledge, including user-centered design, design strategy, and UX best practices.
A sharable portfolio for evaluation.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with design systems and a basic understanding of front-end development and web components.
Desire to delve into emerging technologies like AI.
Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
