Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end visual and experiential design of the product
- Conduct user research to uncover key challenges and user frustrations
- Analyze real user sessions using Fullstory to detect and resolve usability issues
- Rapidly prototype interaction designs using Figma or code to explore solution options
- Develop, enhance, and continuously improve user flows and interactive behaviors
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers focused on feature architecture, focusing on interface refinement
- Conduct small-scale usability testing to confirm effectiveness of design changes
- Develop standardized interaction components for consistent team reuse
