About the Role

The position involves managing the initial review of utility program submissions, verifying documentation, and coordinating with teams to ensure timely processing and compliance with program requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate incoming utility program applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Verify supporting documentation meets established guidelines
  • Identify discrepancies and request additional information when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date records of application statuses
  • Communicate with external partners to resolve submission issues
  • Support data entry and validation processes

  • Assist in developing intake workflow improvements
