Cloud Accountant Staffing is hiring a US Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and client support for a US-based company. This is a full-time, permanent remote role for a professional based in Latin America, focused on optimizing executive productivity.
What You'll Do
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling.
- Handle data entry, document management, and file organization.
- Assist with client communications, including responding to inquiries and following up on tasks.
- Conduct research and compile reports.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence and managing online records.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks (if applicable).
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years in an administrative, virtual assistant, or similar support role.
- Must live in Latin America.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
