Jobgether is looking for a US Senior Accountant to lead accounting services for a portfolio of clients. This fully remote position combines strategic oversight, client relationship management, and team leadership.

What You'll Do

Oversee bookkeeping and accounting services for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
Manage new client setups, coordinate bookkeeping teams, and provide high-level accounting guidance.
Serve as a trusted advisor, managing communications, expectations, and long-term client relationships.
Supervise ongoing services, providing support and guidance to bookkeeping teams.
Collaborate internally to improve processes and implement creative solutions for clients.
Potentially take on specialized roles in onboarding, industry-specific accounting, controller services, or management.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing accounting for multiple companies, in-house or at a firm.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and coordinate teams efficiently.
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
Tech-savvy, adaptable nature with the capability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and take initiative in problem-solving.
