Huzzle is sourcing for a B2B Sales Development Representative (SaaS/Tech) to join its talent pool. You will be matched to full-time remote client roles, where you will drive pipeline generation for global tech companies through targeted prospecting and lead qualification.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via 80–100 calls per day, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a pipeline.
- Identify, research, and engage with decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or company websites.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline, then schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), tracking all prospect interactions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share feedback, refine messaging, and optimise campaigns.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets, including weekly call/email volumes, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or Martech (1-3+ years).
- Comfortable with high call volumes and outbound prospecting.
- Excellent spoken and written English fluency.
- Strong experience using sales tools and CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Outreach.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-driven environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with strong resilience and persistence.
