Spark Shipping is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to connect with eCommerce businesses exploring our shipping solutions. Your focus will be on handling inbound leads to determine if Spark Shipping is the right fit for each prospect. You'll answer questions, provide demos, and assist with onboarding—all without any cold calling.
What You'll Do
- Answer pre-sales questions via email and phone from inbound leads.
- Provide 1-on-1 sales demos to qualified inbound prospects.
- Qualify high-value prospects and refer them to a Sales Executive.
- Assist the support team in helping current Spark Shipping users.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience at a B2B SaaS company in a sales or support role.
- Direct eCommerce experience.
- Working knowledge of platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay.
- Must be based in North America.
- Experience working remotely.
Nice to Have
- Experience using multi-channel software, warehouse/inventory management software, PIM software, or Amazon/eBay listing software.
- Sales experience specific to B2B SaaS.
