Cloud Accountant Staffing is looking for a US Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team on a permanent, work-from-home basis. In this role, you will provide accurate, timely, and high-quality accounting support to our U.S.-based clients from a remote-first environment based in the Philippines.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for US-based clients.
- Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other accounting standards.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Utilize cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks Online.
- Collaborate with US-based teams to meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of US accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other accounting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shift to align with US time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably with a US accounting firm.
- Open to CPAs & non-CPAs with relevant experience.
