Responsibilities
- Perform functional behavioral assessments and related diagnostic evaluations
- Create and oversee the execution of personalized behavior intervention strategies
- Provide direct and indirect Applied Behavior Analysis services through in-home visits and telehealth platforms
- Work closely with family members and caregivers to deliver training and continuous support
- Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and behavior support staff
- Gather and evaluate behavioral data to guide modifications in treatment plans
- Maintain precise, timely clinical records that comply with HIPAA and insurance requirements
- Keep informed about current standards and new developments in ABA research and practice
