Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Open and manage various types of accounts, such as checking, savings, and certificates of deposit.
- Provide guidance on financial products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
- Process loan applications and assist with the approval process.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Cross-sell financial products and services to meet customer needs and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the banking system.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive customer service.
