Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Open and manage various types of accounts, such as checking, savings, and certificates of deposit.
  • Provide guidance on financial products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
  • Process loan applications and assist with the approval process.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Cross-sell financial products and services to meet customer needs and increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the banking system.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive customer service.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Promote a positive and professional image of the bank to customers and the community.
  • Handle cash and other negotiable instruments securely and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Process and verify customer transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the implementation of new banking products and services.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
  • Ensure that all banking transactions are processed in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and disputes.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings.
