About the Role
This position provides first-level customer support to clients, primarily in English and Mandarin, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries through remote channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with account setup and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher support tiers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow established procedures for issue resolution
- Provide clear and concise communication in both English and Mandarin
- Adhere to service level agreements and response time standards
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Report recurring issues to supervisors for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies
