About the Role
The Senior Psychologist will oversee the delivery of psychological services, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and contribute to program development and supervision of trainees.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical assessments and diagnose mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to individuals, groups, and families
- Supervise junior psychologists and trainees
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Conduct psychological testing and interpret results
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Deliver crisis intervention when necessary
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Support research activities within the practice
- Assist in program evaluation and development
- Provide consultation to external partners
- Promote psychological wellness through outreach
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
- Respond to client needs in a timely manner
- Maintain licensure and professional certifications
- Uphold cultural competence in all interactions
Nice to Have
- Specialization in a clinical subfield such as neuropsychology or child psychology
- Additional certification in a therapeutic modality
- Experience in academic or teaching roles
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Leadership experience in clinical programs
- Grant writing or research funding experience
- Fluency in a second language

- Involvement in professional psychological associations
- Experience with diverse patient populations
