Responsibilities
- Initiate proactive, needs-driven sales discussions during customer interactions, including transitioning service encounters into sales opportunities and scheduling appointments.
- Keep thorough knowledge of all retail banking offerings and services.
- Strengthen current customer connections and build new ones by understanding individual customer needs, viewpoints, and priorities.
- Support customers with financial solutions through loan product delivery, ensuring applications are accurate and complete to reduce processing errors.
- Recognize cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to other departments for additional banking services.
- Guide customers in using digital tools and available resources to manage their transactions efficiently.
- Use in-depth knowledge of products and services to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and standard banking transactions while maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow banking regulations and internal compliance policies at all times.
