Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams using daily stand-ups to align on ongoing tasks and progress
- Engage in tactical planning sessions to grasp daily objectives and project requirements
- Build backend systems that support online gameplay and deliver real-time game data
- Design and implement efficient network code for multiplayer game functionality and server-side logic
- Develop user interface architectures that empower UX designers to craft immersive player experiences
- Contribute to building new AAA mobile games and adapting existing PC titles for mobile platforms
- Support other development teams in improving code efficiency, performance, and memory usage

What will your first steps in game development look like:
- During your first two weeks, you'll learn internal workflows including stand-ups and code reviews, applying them to a small individual task
- You’ll be paired with a mentor to guide your onboarding and transition into your first project
- Your mentor will continue to support you beyond the initial phase, ensuring ongoing assistance and guidance
- Mentorship will also include support for your personal growth and career advancement
