Unilever invites you to join our Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) as a Finance Intern. This is a transformative 6-month experience designed to develop Unilever's future leaders. You will immerse yourself in our global consumer goods business, gaining first-hand experience on how we protect and create value through sustainable financial performance.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with experienced teams and leaders on tangible, real-world projects.
- Own specific projects alongside seasoned business leaders and teams.
- Automate inventory analytics to support decision-making within Inventory Management and business waste governance.
- Partner with Business Groups, such as Beauty & Wellbeing, to provide insights and analysis for improved decision-making.
- Create and design PowerBI dashboards as a price analytics tool to enable price benchmarking and governance.
What We're Looking For
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program; fresh graduates are not eligible.
- Availability for the full internship period: 13 Jul 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.
- Commitment of a minimum of 3 days per week, with full-time commitment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong appetite for success.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
