GE HealthCare is looking for an Ultrasound Clinical Applications Specialist, General Imaging to execute clinical education training and demonstration strategies. You will facilitate evidence-based practice and support customer experience and commercial teams by providing effective, outcome-based education and training solutions throughout the sales lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during the pre-sales process by demonstrating the full range of Ultrasound products to drive revenue.
- Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training for customers, monitoring and reporting on training outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for General Imaging Ultrasound and a clinical liaison to the sales organization.
- Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence back to the business.
- Advance new product features and clinical techniques, partnering with customers to develop training plans for new product assimilation.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and customer training.
- Act as the focal point for the modality, identifying customer satisfaction issues and assisting in escalations and specialty training requests.
- Develop meaningful customer relationships to standardize protocols and support clinical education initiatives.
- Promote adoption of hybrid training delivery methods for customers.
- Maintain required pre- and post-training documentation.
- Demonstrate a safety-first and quality mindset, adhering to Quality Management System and EHS policies.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years of General Imaging Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience.
- ARDMS certification in Abdomen, OB/Gyn, Breast, or RVT.
- Demonstrated experience working on GE Healthcare LOGIQ Ultrasound systems.
- Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation.
- Experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging for different audiences.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT.
- Willingness to travel extensively 75+% (4-5 days per week with overnights and some weekends) within the US via multiple modes of transportation.
Nice to Have
- ARDMS certification in Adult Cardiac and MSK desired.
