What You'll Do
In this role, you'll lead business development and sales efforts for high-performance ingredients used in nutritional supplements, functional foods, and cosmetics. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic manufacturers, as well as contract manufacturing organizations.
Approximately half of your time will be spent traveling across the UK and Ireland to meet clients in person, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. The remainder of your time will be remote, with a requirement to attend the London office weekly for team collaboration and planning.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients or supplement industry
- Proven track record selling supplements to food, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical companies
- Experience working with or selling to contract manufacturing organizations
- Degree in a scientific field such as food technology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, or biology
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sales and marketing strategies
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to meeting sales targets
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based remotely across the UK and Ireland. You’ll work primarily from home, supported by regular travel to client sites, and attend the London office in Canary Wharf once per week for in-person meetings and team coordination.
