Transfr is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, effective, and visually compelling interfaces for our immersive training platform.
What You'll Do
- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for VR training simulations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI pattern libraries.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- A portfolio showcasing your process and high-quality visual design work.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in or near New York, NY for occasional team collaboration.
