Enthuse Marketing is hiring an Inspira Marketing Data Designer to shape how we communicate complex ideas. In this designer role, you will turn raw content—data, insights, and ideas—into clear, beautiful, and smart visual stories for presentations, reports, dashboards, and training decks. Your work will help people understand information quickly and meaningfully.
What You'll Do
- Create polished, design-forward, brand-aligned presentations, reports, dashboards, and one-pagers.
- Bring structure to chaos and simplify complex content into clear, impactful visual stories.
- Design layouts, charts, and visuals that clarify messages and help people absorb information quickly.
- Turn numbers into insights and insights into digestible, smart visuals.
- Work with strategists, analysts, designers, and content leads to shape narratives and connect dots.
- Help develop better systems and templates to strengthen storytelling over time.
- Champion thoughtful, human-centered design for business content.
- Manage administrative tasks with attention to agency compliance guidelines and standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in presentation, content, or information design, especially at the intersection of business strategy and storytelling.
- Real fluency in PowerPoint, Excel, and either Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- Sharp design eye and high taste level for making presentations feel curated and sophisticated.
- Solid grasp of how to use tools like Tableau to guide dashboard layout, polish, and design structure.
- Good eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and white space, and the sense to know when not to overdesign.
- Intuitive ability to make data feel engaging, approachable, and strategically placed.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take rough content to a great outcome.
- Collaborative spirit, listening, shaping, iterating, and bringing others along.
- Meticulous attention to detail and passion for creating visually intelligent, high-design presentations.
- Occasional travel as required.
