As Creative Lead, you will define how BJAK is seen and experienced across Southeast Asia, crafting a cohesive brand identity that resonates with millions. You’ll translate business goals into powerful creative narratives, ensuring every touchpoint—digital, social, product, and print—reflects a unified and compelling vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the brand’s visual language, tone, and messaging across all platforms
- Develop and execute campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support business growth
- Lead a team of designers, writers, and content creators, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance
- Set creative standards and refine workflows to balance speed, quality, and scalability
- Ensure consistency and strategic alignment across all markets and channels
- Partner with regional teams in Malaysia and beyond to deliver key initiatives
- Use data and feedback to iterate and improve creative performance
- Stay ahead of creative and industry trends to keep the brand sharp and relevant
What You Bring
- 4–6 years in creative or brand leadership, ideally within agencies or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to lead teams and elevate creative output under pressure
- A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, campaign development, and multi-channel execution
- Fluency in branding, design systems, and digital content strategy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern production tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or consumer tech is a plus
