3Pillar is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to lead the design of compelling and intuitive digital products. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business goals into effective, user-centered design solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex applications.
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience for digital products or enterprise software.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and expertise in UX, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant user interfaces.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
