Evolving Web is hiring a Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience process for impactful digital projects with mission-driven organizations. In this role, you'll find the intersection of user needs and business objectives while collaborating closely with designers, developers, and client stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Own the discovery and design phases of key projects, driving the UX strategy and execution.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather input and align perspectives.
• Perform in-depth research to understand user needs and client goals, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
• Develop wireframes, site maps, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, ensuring they are aligned with project goals.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs to optimize the user experience.
• Work closely with developers, designers, strategists, and clients to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and mentorship to UX/UI designers working on your projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Act as a subject matter expert during client meetings, presentations, and project pitches, contributing to business growth.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a proven track record in leading UX projects, ideally within a digital agency environment.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
• High proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, and using insights to inform design decisions.
• Ability to create intuitive sitemaps and user flows (Information Architecture skills).
• Proficient in analyzing content strategies and existing content to design user-centered web experiences.
• Skilled in time management, balancing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Comfortable representing the company at conferences and contributing to proposals and client pitches.
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS.
