As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a central role in defining how users interact with a powerful financial platform that merges serious trading tools with a vibrant, meme-influenced community. Your work will directly impact how retail traders access real-time data, interpret market movements, and engage with one another.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the full design lifecycle—from sketches and user flows to polished prototypes and developer handoff—across web and mobile experiences.
- Design advanced financial interfaces, including interactive charts, option chains, and heatmaps, that make complex data easy to understand and act on.
- Engage with the user base to uncover behavioral patterns, test design solutions, and refine features based on real-world feedback.
- Develop and evolve a unified design system that supports rapid development while maintaining visual and functional consistency.
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are technically sound and implemented with precision, always advocating for the end user.
- Create features that encourage participation, blending social dynamics with financial functionality in engaging, intuitive ways.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, or high-traffic consumer applications.
- A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in mobile-first design, data visualization, typography, and color theory.
- Advanced skills in Figma, with experience using After Effects or Lottie considered a strong plus.
- Firm grounding in user-centered design, with the ability to justify decisions through logic and user data.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proven success in remote, asynchronous collaboration.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift quickly.
Why This Role Stands Out
You’ll work in a fully remote setting with a team that values creativity, experimentation, and technical rigor. The role offers autonomy, meaningful ownership, and the chance to shape a product at the intersection of finance and digital culture. If you’re passionate about making complex systems accessible and enjoy blending functionality with personality, this is a unique opportunity to leave a lasting design footprint.
