Majority-owned by CBRE Group, Inc., the world's largest commercial real estate services firm, Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced OFCI Contracts / Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and supply chain activities for a sophisticated multi-phase data center development. This role demands managing sourcing, logistics, and procurement of large-scale mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and data center infrastructure equipment for intricate, multi-billion-dollar projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional expertise in supplier management, contract administration, and technical understanding of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment. Data center experience is strongly preferred. Remote work arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. Responsibilities: - Manage procurement for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment - Administer contracts and ensure compliance - Collaborate on project procurement plans - Review Single Source Justifications and Scope of Work documents - Coordinate OFCI buying and expediting across multiple teams - Develop negotiation strategies - Manage RFx processes - Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals - Implement contract process controls - Produce stakeholder reports - Conduct price analysis and cost modeling - Advise on procurement strategies - Track delivery schedules - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks - Coordinate with construction teams - Drive continuous improvement initiatives - Maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships - Adhere to SOX control responsibilities Qualifications: - Construction experience required - 5-10 years procurement and contract administration experience - Strong understanding of contract requirements - Technical knowledge of OFCI equipment - Equipment buying and expediting experience - Ability to build cross-functional relationships - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Capability to operate in fast-paced environments Salary Range: $130K-$170K annually Turner & Townsend champions diversity, provides flexible working environments, and is an equal opportunity employer.
