Colas Rail UK is looking for a Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, scheduled transport of concrete across Ontario, providing professional customer service while ensuring all equipment, inspections, and documentation meet regulatory standards.
What You'll Do
- Transport concrete to destinations throughout Ontario
- Ensure time-sensitive deliveries to plants, crews, and customers
- Load and unload product at destination sites
- Liaise with customers professionally and provide exceptional on-site service
- Communicate daily with the Dispatch Supervisor to receive delivery information
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure cleanliness and condition meet Miller and MTO standards
- Complete all relevant documentation
- Maintain Hours of Service compliance and logbooks/E-Logs
What We're Looking For
- High school education
- Valid DZ/AZ Driver’s license
- Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
- Previous driving experience
- Self-motivated and an effective team player
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and weekends as required
- Ability to sit, stand, or drive for extended periods
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Punctual and reliable
- Comfortable working at heights
- Willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends as required
- Ability and willingness to work out of town for extended periods, as required
- Effective communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work safely and follow all safety regulations
Nice to Have
- Ready Mix experience
- Previous experience with electronic logbooks (E-Log)

This is an onsite role based in Ontario.

Compensation for this role is $28-$29/hour.
