Responsibilities
- Manage daily trip logistics, including ground handling coordination, permit acquisition, slot scheduling, flight monitoring, and lodging and ground transportation arrangements
- Support customs processes such as CANPASS submissions, border overflight exemptions, and related regulatory documentation
- Create and maintain accurate trip records within the Falcon system
- Generate and input trip cost estimates into relevant systems
- Assist with fuel pricing inquiries and coordination outside standard business hours
- Ensure all assigned trips meet quality standards through thorough review and oversight
- Take part in rotating communications coverage to respond to inbound calls, emails, faxes, and SITA/AFTN messages
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Trip Support offerings and convey details clearly to clients
- Act as the main contact and account lead for designated Trip Support clients
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships through consistent engagement
- Deliver precise, timely updates and high-standard service throughout the trip lifecycle
- Offer expert guidance and operational support for complex trip scenarios
- Provide backup assistance to Flight Planners or Meteorologists when qualified
- Support additional operational tasks as required by team needs
- Monitor communication channels during off-hours and weekends in line with operational storefront coverage
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared operational objectives
- Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Sr. Director, Global Operations
