Euroclear SA/NV Krakow is hiring a Tribe Scrum Master to support the Tribe in increasing efficiency and agile maturity. This role acts as a servant leader and driver of continuous improvement at team, leadership, and organizational levels within the Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division.

What You'll Do

Prepare and facilitate key events such as PI planning and Inspect and Adapt sessions.
Manage dependencies between delivery teams and lead problem-solving efforts.
Drive Tribe organization and events, establishing annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments.
Coordinate with Tribe PO, Tribe Architect, Team Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
Facilitate communication and dependencies resolution between delivery teams, for example through Scrum of Scrums.
Help teams manage risks and dependencies, and escalate impediments when required.
Escalate and track key KPIs, follow up, report, and contribute to risk management in areas like compliance, security, and procurement.
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in adopting Agile practices and mindset.
Foster Communities of Practice/Guilds and knowledge sharing.
Ensure Financial follow-up for the innovation tribe: Demand aligned in Service Now, Supply aligned in Apptio, and Forecast preparation.
Ensure internal communication within the tribe via different channels and external communication to influence.
Share knowledge and support less experienced (Tribe) Scrum Masters.
Assist management in creating structural and cultural changes across multiple organizational units to become more agile.

What We're Looking For

Experience preparing and facilitating synchronization events like PI planning and Inspect and Adapt.
Experience managing dependencies between delivery teams and leading problem-solving.
Experience in governance and coordination in a complex environment.
Ability to coach at leadership level.
Ability to work autonomously in complex situations with multiple cross-domain dependencies, high frequency of change, or high uncertainty.
Experience driving continuous improvement at team, leadership, and organization level.
Experience in financial follow-up including demand/supply alignment and forecast preparation.
Experience in internal and external communication.
