Responsibilities
- Evaluate and respond to caregiver messages and calls with clinical support
- Address both urgent and non-urgent parent inquiries via text, phone, images, or video
- Assess pediatric cases and recommend appropriate next steps
- Coordinate with the on-call primary care provider as needed
- Engage in knowledge sharing and collaboration with team members
- Record immunization histories for incoming patients
- Develop catch-up vaccination plans for patients who are behind schedule
- Upload clinical documents and lab results from external referral sources
- Complete necessary administrative tasks as assigned
