World Business Lenders (WBL) is hiring a strategic and hands-on Treasury Manager to lead and optimize our treasury operations. You will serve as the steward of liquidity and the designer of financing strategies in our fast-paced, growth-focused environment, collaborating closely with leadership.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive risk management across liquidity, interest rate exposure, investments, and ventures.
- Oversee and optimize daily liquidity management, cash positioning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Develop and support financing strategies aligned with company growth.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and rating agencies.
- Ensure accurate and timely cash position reconciliation, bank reporting, and payment approvals.
- Implement and improve treasury controls, procedures, and internal systems.
- Oversee treasury compliance and conduct risk exposure analysis.
- Evaluate funding structures and recommend strategic financing solutions.
- Supervise treasury operations within the existing 2-person team.
- Partner with Sales and Operations on payment analysis and approvals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management.
- Minimum 7 years of treasury or corporate finance experience.
- Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree (MA/MS/MBA).
- Professional certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
- Continuing education in treasury management, risk management, or corporate finance.

- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
- Sage accounting software.
- Online payment platforms and programs.
Team & Environment
You will supervise treasury operations within our existing 2-person team, partnering cross-functionally in a growth-focused environment.
