World Business Lenders, LLC, is hiring a Treasury Manager to serve as the strategic and hands-on steward of our treasury operations. In this remote role, you will be the designer of financing strategies and a reliable collaborator with leadership in our fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive risk management for liquidity, interest rate exposure, investments, and ventures.
- Oversee and optimize daily liquidity management, cash positioning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Develop and support financing strategies aligned with company growth.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and rating agencies.
- Ensure accurate and timely cash position reconciliation, bank reporting, and payment approvals.
- Implement and improve treasury controls, procedures, and compliance.
- Evaluate funding structures and recommend strategic financing solutions.
- Supervise treasury operations within the existing 2-person team.
- Partner with Sales and Operations on payment analysis and approvals.
- Continuously enhance internal treasury systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management.
- Minimum 7 years of treasury or corporate finance experience.
- Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties, and treasury controls.
- Experience with audit support, compliance requirements, and fraud prevention controls.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with Sage.
- Familiarity with online payment platforms/programs.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree (MA/MS/MBA).
- Professional certification highly desirable: CPA, CTP, or CFA.
- Continuing education in treasury management, risk management, or corporate finance.
