Central Bank is hiring a Treasury Management Officer to lead the development of new cash management relationships. In this role, you will drive sales, build a sustainable pipeline, and ensure the profitability of new accounts.
What You'll Do
- Develop calling programs to target non-bank customers for cash management and deposit products, with an emphasis on generating deposit-only business.
- Advise current bank customers on cash management products through targeted outreach.
- Meet periodically with existing cash management customers to ensure proper servicing and expand those relationships.
- Secure qualified business referrals from your existing client base.
- Assist in pricing and negotiating cash management products to optimize relationship profitability.
- Prepare sales presentations that explain services and recommend valuable options to customers.
- Assist in the proper implementation of cash management services by providing clear instructions and documentation.
- Manage client training and ongoing service, including resolving customer issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and cooperative interaction with managers and staff across the bank.
- Assist bank personnel in understanding and promoting cash management services.
- Report the current status of potential sales to your manager in a timely manner.
- Prepare sales and other periodic reports.
- Cross-sell the bank’s products and services, referring customers to appropriate staff.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience in similar job duties.
