Central Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Business Banking Manager to lead and develop a team of specialists who support commercial clients, business deposits, lending coordination, and Treasury Management services. This role is critical for ensuring consistent, high-quality client service and operational excellence through effective collaboration with Commercial Lending, Treasury Management Officers, and Operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily servicing of commercial and business clients, including deposit accounts, lending coordination, and treasury management solutions.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service aligned with Bank standards and serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues.
- Coordinate resolution of deposit, loan, and credit servicing matters with Commercial Lenders and Operations.
- Monitor service performance metrics and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support proactive client engagement.
- Oversee implementation, onboarding, and servicing of Treasury Management products, including ACH, wire transfers, sweeps, positive pay, remote deposit capture, business online banking, and bill pay.
- Ensure proper documentation, agreements, and internal approvals are completed prior to product activation.
- Partner with Treasury Management Officers on technical consultations and joint sales efforts, and ensure team members provide client education on fraud prevention and cybersecurity.
- Monitor treasury product utilization and operational performance indicators, and coordinate team workflow and workload balancing.
- Review documentation quality, account maintenance accuracy, and adherence to internal procedures.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements to enhance accuracy and turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls related to business deposits and treasury services.
- Oversee fraud monitoring practices and review exception reports to ensure timely resolution of operational discrepancies.
- Maintain audit readiness and participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations.
- Act as liaison between Business Banking, Treasury Management, Commercial Lending, IT, and Operations teams.
- Track departmental productivity, efficiency metrics, and service performance for reporting to senior leadership.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts related to commercial and treasury growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in similar job duties.
Nice to Have
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Progressive banking experience in business banking, commercial servicing, or Treasury Management.
- Strong experience with Fiserv Business Online Banking and preferably Fiserv Create Digital.
- Strong experience with the Fiserv Precision core banking system.
- Experience with Centrix Positive Pay.
