This role brings together deep financial expertise and advanced AI capabilities to transform how treasury operations are designed and executed. You will identify critical challenges in liquidity management, financial risk, and capital markets, then develop AI-driven solutions that automate and enhance decision-making at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Use your background in finance and treasury to guide the development of AI systems that solve real-world financial challenges
- Build and deploy intelligent agents using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to handle multi-step reasoning and execution in complex environments
- Develop interactive analytics platforms with Python tools such as Streamlit, Dash, or Gradio to deliver real-time insights across teams
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and finance partners to define and implement scalable AI solutions for data-intensive workflows
- Prototype new applications of generative AI and machine learning to stay ahead of evolving treasury needs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, data science, or financial operations
- Strong grasp of financial risk, capital markets, and treasury functions
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LLM-based frameworks
- Proven ability to build agentic systems using tools like LangChain or LangGraph
- Familiarity with core AI concepts including deep learning, NLP, and generative models
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech or payments
- Background with Databricks and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Software development experience in Ruby
