Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of project commissioning, including troubleshooting and final closeout activities.
- Support clients with logistical and operational needs such as space allocation, labor, tools, and test water disposal to enable smooth commissioning and startup.
- Provide input to design and development teams for enhancing product and system performance based on field experience.
- Promote a culture of ongoing improvement in processes and project outcomes.
- Coordinate feedback to engineering and product management to enhance long-term project delivery and product quality.
- Ensure safe and successful commissioning of water treatment systems for complex, custom-built or extended scope projects.
- Identify and resolve systemic technical problems by leading cross-functional expert teams.
- Apply field observations and technical expertise to develop solutions for customer-specific challenges.
- Apply optimization methods to improve plant performance and efficiency.
- Optimize PLC, HMI, and control systems to ensure smooth transition after commissioning.
- Train and mentor internal staff and partners in commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational procedures specific to company products and controls.
- Maintain high service standards and manage client expectations at all project locations.
- Collaborate with internal service, engineering, and controls teams to document and resolve issues promptly for uninterrupted customer support.
