Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end setup, configuration, and data transfer for new client portals in HubSpot.
- Enhance sales and marketing efficiency by leveraging HubSpot’s CRM and automation features.
- Design and maintain landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and clear calls-to-action.
- Use customer behavior data to segment audiences and support targeted nurturing efforts.
- Set up and maintain deal pipelines and sales cycle stages within HubSpot.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client partnerships.
- Run performance tests to refine HubSpot processes and boost conversion metrics.
- Handle data imports and ensure accurate field mapping within the CRM.
- Organize contact lists based on user engagement with emails and website activity.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes to fine-tune lead nurturing sequences and increase conversion effectiveness.
