Syngenta Group is looking for a Travel and Fleet Analyst to join the Finance team at Syngenta Digital. In this junior role, you will support corporate travel routines and fleet management, ensuring control, compliance, and agility in responding to team needs.
What You'll Do
- Control and audit invoices for travel, reservations, transportation, and corporate expenses.
- Support the fleet's operational management, including maintaining registrations, documentation, and cost monitoring.
- Manage relationships with travel suppliers, rental companies, automotive services, and other strategic partners.
- Update databases, tracking spreadsheets, and operational reports accurately and promptly.
- Provide agile and efficient support for internal demands from employees and partner areas.
- Contribute to process improvements, simple automations, and activity standardization.
- Assist in preparing materials and information for internal meetings.
- Plan and organize your daily routine to efficiently meet the area's demands.
- Use management systems to keep records always up-to-date.
- Actively participate in the area's development by suggesting process improvements and seeking best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and the ability to organize and analyze data.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with employees, suppliers, and internal areas.
- Ability to work with deadlines, organization, and operational controls.
- Attention to detail and precision in executing activities.
- Proactivity and openness to new challenges and learning.
- Organization and discipline in process and deadline management.
