About the Role

Glanbia Nutritionals Inc. is hiring a Transportation Logistics Administrator II to play a critical operational and analytical role supporting our mission of delivering better nutrition. You will manage all inbound and outbound freight activity across our U.S. sites (Linden, NJ; Sharonville, OH; Valencia, CA), ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and data integrity while driving cost-recovery initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all outbound customer orders and 3PL inbound shipments, coordinating tracking and tender acceptance to achieve 95%+ On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time Pickup (OTP).
  • Maintain logistics master data with high accuracy, managing TMS transactions and ensuring SAP ERP data integrity via API links.
  • Manage TMS DTO (Freight Pay & Audit) processing and provide monthly freight reconciliations to Finance for landed cost activities.
  • Prepare and audit critical export documents and HTS classifications with a zero-error target.
  • Resolve 3PL cargo claims within a 30-day cycle and manage carrier payment discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain departmental training manuals and serve as a backup for transportation planning.
  • Maintain 90%+ Strategic Routing Guide Adherence on FTL shipments and develop a streamlined LCP Methodology for LTL shipments.
  • Support the Senior Logistics Manager in developing monthly FTL SRG guides and carriers.
  • Stay current on DOT and U.S. Export regulations and be flexible in taking on new tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing domestic and international shipments in a logistics operations role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity, on-time performance, and cost management.
  • Experience resolving cargo claims and carrier payment discrepancies.
  • Ability to prepare and audit export documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of DOT and U.S. export regulations.
  • Ability to develop process documentation and training materials.
  • A flexible, problem-solving approach to logistics challenges.

You will report directly to the Senior Logistics Manager and serve as a key problem-solver within the logistics operations team.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position. You will be based at one of our U.S. operational sites: Linden, NJ; Sharonville, OH; or Valencia, CA.
