DaVita is seeking a Transplant Liaison Lead to manage the daily operations and team leadership for our Transplant Liaison program. In this onsite role based in Baltimore, Maryland, you will provide guidance, optimize workflow, and be instrumental in driving program success and patient progression.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day guidance under the supervisor's direction.
- Organize, monitor, evaluate, and support Transplant Liaison workflow for timely and consistent execution.
- Lead a team, delegate tasks, and provide clear work direction.
- Drive program outcomes and key performance metrics by supporting team members in overcoming barriers.
- Facilitate ongoing teammate development through coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
- Attend and/or lead team meetings, trainings, operational calls, and partner sessions.
- Demonstrate consistent leadership qualities, professionalism, and reliability.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling patient, teammate, and organizational information.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Transplant Liaison within a Liaison Program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Compensation: $24.00 - $36.50 per hour (Wage Range for the role). Location-specific minimums apply (e.g., NY Exempt: $66,300/year; WA Exempt: $80,168.40/year).
