Ryder Transportation Solutions, LLC is hiring a Financial Analyst - REMOTE

Ryder is hiring a Financial Analyst to provide financial and analytical support directly to Senior Financial Management, Group Logistics Managers, and Logistics Managers. This remote role drives financial integrity through month-end closing, planning, operational initiatives, and compliance activities.

What You'll Do

• Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and research of the general ledger to capture billing opportunities.
• Work closely with Directors of Operations, Sales, and Rental to identify and recommend cost and productivity improvements.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, business planning, and branch performance analysis.
• Provide financial training to Business Unit staff on policies, procedures, and financial tools.
• Perform branch audits as needed to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Act as the Business Unit liaison with Ryder's Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting group.
• Follow up on initiatives with tracking, reporting, and further recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Operations.

Team & Environment

You will provide support to Senior Financial Management, Group Logistics Managers, and Logistics Managers, and act as the liaison between the Business Unit and Ryder's Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting group.
