Key Responsibilities
This leader will own the full lifecycle of transformation initiatives—from strategy to sustained implementation. A core focus is advancing AI integration across operations. The director will identify high-impact opportunities, pilot intelligent tools, and lead organization-wide adoption. They will translate emerging technologies into practical workflows, decision systems, and ethical practices that improve productivity and service delivery.
The role will strengthen performance measurement, learning systems, and strategic decision-making frameworks. This includes refining how results are tracked, insights are shared, and goals are communicated across teams. The director will also enhance partnership development by improving pipeline visibility, engagement models, and institutional coordination.
As the organization scales, the director will evolve internal operating models—redesigning governance, collaboration rhythms, and decision processes. They will embed digital tools into core systems, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure changes are practical and durable. Success requires deep collaboration with leadership and internal services to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications
Candidates must bring at least 10 years of experience in organizational transformation, change management, and systems development within high-growth or complex environments. Proven expertise in AI or technology implementation, operating model design, and strategy execution is essential. Experience in management consulting, public sector reform, or international development is highly relevant. Fluency in English (C1 or higher) is required. Working knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
