About the Role

Banorte is hiring a Transactional Commercial Analyst - Implementation to provide direct support to the Subdirector of SME-GEM Transactional Banking for products and services including Deposits, Acquiring, Payroll, Comprehensive Collections, Electronic Banking, ATMs, and Banorte Business Cash Management.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and administer the SME-GEM Transactional Banking database to generate statistics and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between SME Transactional Banking Managers/Executives and the central area to consolidate information on requested requirements.
  • Administer meetings and manage results presentations for the Territory.
  • Track ATM statistics to improve Territory availability.
  • Monitor the profitability of transactional banking products and services.
  • Organize the agenda for the SME-GEM Transactional Banking Subdirector.
  • Manage the agenda for the Transactional Network Sales Managers.
  • Generate a weekly meeting with SME Transactional Managers, Executives, and Analysts to verify and reinforce Information Bulletin topics.
  • Track missing Banorte files within your company and Point-of-Sale Terminals for each region.
  • Consolidate all follow-ups on NPS for offered products to communicate to product areas.
  • Follow up on questions or clarifications regarding Hir, GENERA, and incentives for the regional Transactional Banking staff.
  • Track Inactive Payrolls for each Region to encourage activation.
  • Monitor BEP and BEM activation for each Region, and verify training for branches and SME Executives.
  • Track alerts generated by the Fraud Prevention area for high-value transactions.
  • Follow up on regulatory compliance and courses.
  • Perform budgetary follow-ups, tracking managers with details of their TPV pipeline and payroll issuers.
  • Track each region's progress on SME deposit account openings versus activation of BEM and BEP services.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree (with professional license) in Administration, Finance, Communication, Accounting, Engineering, or Economics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in CRM areas, information processing, or branch operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools.

Nice to Have

  • English proficiency is desirable.
