OCBC Bank is looking for an AVP, Transaction Banking Client Services to join our Global Transaction Banking Division. In this role, you will be a key member of the team dedicated to enabling our corporate clients to achieve their business goals. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, understanding client needs, and building strong, lasting relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and resolve client issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to client queries and issues.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, responsive, and solutions-focused, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
