Revelator is hiring a Training & Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training strategies to support business goals.
  • Create and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
  • Manage the training budget and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements.
  • Monitor and report on training metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure training programs align with organizational objectives.
  • Support the development of a learning culture within the organization.
  • Coordinate with external training providers if necessary.
  • Manage the training calendar and schedule sessions.
  • Provide feedback and support to trainers and facilitators.
  • Ensure compliance with training regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement a training evaluation framework.
  • Identify and address any barriers to learning and development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate training initiatives.
  • Support the development of leadership and management skills.
  • Conduct regular training needs analysis.
  • Ensure training programs are inclusive and accessible to all employees.

  • Certification in training and development or a related field.
  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems).
