About the Role

The Training and Adoption Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the adoption of technology and tools. This role will work closely with various teams to ensure that all employees are well-equipped to use the latest technologies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute training programs to support the adoption of new technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new technologies and tools.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure continuous learning and development.
• Work with stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar and schedule.
• Identify and address any barriers to technology adoption within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and adoption.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for additional training resources and support.
• Create and manage a knowledge base of training materials and resources.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between training teams and end-users.
• Ensure that training programs are accessible and inclusive for all employees.
• Provide regular reports on training progress and outcomes to senior management.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in training programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and participation in training.
• Collaborate with HR to integrate training initiatives with onboarding and development programs.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.
• Evaluate the impact of training on employee performance and organizational outcomes.
• Develop and implement a feedback mechanism for continuous improvement of training programs.
• Ensure that training programs are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate new technologies into training programs.
• Provide training and support for remote and hybrid work environments.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field.
