About the Role

This position is responsible for leading business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and supporting the execution of commercial strategies. The individual will work across functions to advance strategic initiatives and contribute to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in target markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Support the development of commercial proposals and bids
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to assess project feasibility
  • Lead negotiations for agreements and partnerships
  • Prepare strategic presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments
  • Drive the execution of go-to-market strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end business development lifecycle
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract terms
  • Track and report on business development performance metrics
  • Support the development of long-term market entry strategies
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align on objectives
  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions
  • Represent the organization at industry events and forums
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance processes
  • Facilitate internal alignment on priority opportunities
  • Support due diligence for potential partnerships or acquisitions
  • Work with marketing to tailor messaging for target segments
  • Provide input on pricing and commercial models
  • Assist in post-deal integration planning
