You'll be responsible for developing and delivering transformative leadership training under the Selbst.Bewusst.Führen.® brand, working directly with mid-sized companies to elevate their leaders.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual trainings, workshops, and potential analyses based on the Selbst.Bewusst.Führen.® philosophy in presence, online, or hybrid formats.
- Develop customized training concepts, analyze needs, and ensure leaders gain effective tools for their daily work.
- Work with aptitude diagnostic tools, design potential analyses for leaders, and drive targeted development initiatives.
- Actively shape internal processes and contribute to the further development of training formats.
- Act as an active brand ambassador for TEAM GOLD, building something long-term with loyalty and team spirit.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in industry, trade, or services.
- Strong presence: clear, confident, reliable, and able to operate at eye level with decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience in designing and conducting leadership training and development formats.
- Methodological fitness: skilled in didactics, group dynamics, and using digital tools to move people.
Nice to Have
- Additional qualifications in areas like potential analyses, personality profiles, or coaching.
Technical Stack

Team & Environment
