talenthafen GmbH is hiring a Social Media Manager (m/w/d) to elevate our Instagram channel and drive engagement. You'll join a 51-200 employee agency-consulting hybrid, where creativity meets strategy.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a content strategy for Instagram.
- Create creative content, including postings, reels, and stories.
- Plan and maintain the editorial calendar.
- Write compelling captions, storylines, and select hashtags.
- Monitor trends, insights, and performance metrics.
- Manage the community by responding, interacting, and building a network.
- Coordinate closely with the team on topics, content, and campaigns.
- Support with minor graphic design work.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in social media, specifically Instagram.
- Instinct for trends, storytelling, and good design.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Interest in employer branding, new work, and corporate culture.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing.
