About the Role

Frontnow GmbH is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/x) to join our sales team and play a key role in expanding our enterprise customer base. You'll report to the EVP Revenue and collaborate with a team passionate about transforming client business requirements into innovative e-commerce solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate Frontnow solutions, demonstrating deep product understanding and making the value tangible for enterprise customers.
  • Provide strategic consultation, particularly supporting CMO-level executives with industry knowledge.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships, establish new contacts, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas while representing Frontnow's values.
  • Coordinate with the partner ecosystem to optimally leverage market opportunities.
  • Manage processes structuredly and provide professional and precise forecasts.
  • Work closely with Tech, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure strategic alignment and achieve company goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 7 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprises in the CX/E-commerce sector.
  • Proven track record of sales success within a specific geographic territory or customer base.
  • Ability to build strong internal partnerships with key business areas and their decision-makers.
  • Consultative and professional approach to customers.
  • Experience with structured sales processes and qualification methods.
  • Successful management of customers in the CX/E-commerce ecosystem to increase revenue.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt flexibly to changes.
